    McCain Campaign Makes Long Overdue Staff Changes

    Many of us on the center right have grown frustrated watching the McCain campaign fail to take advantage of an early lockdown of the Republican nomination.  Rather than campaigning aggressively against Senator Obama after it became evident the Illinois Senator would win the Democratic nomination, the McCain people seemed to go dark, emerging from the shadows only to articulate a series of different messages rather than build upon a consistent and coherent campaign narrative.  It looks like the McCain campaign has finally recognized the futility of the status quo, and are finally bringing in the right people to get the campaign back on track
