    The Chicago Tribune Demonstrates Some Understanding Of New Media

    Having just excoriated a columnist from the Chicago Tribune in my previous post, I thought it only fair to laud the paper for announcing that it has established a website for suburban readers to post their own articles, photographs and other content.  Phil Rosenthal may not "get it," but apparently there are some at the Tribune who do.
